Your grandma Pat passed away in march which has been sad for your mom but she's done very well. we must make sure to give her lot's of extra love this year! I geuss your going to have one more year of school in florida and then we'll be moving to north carolina. We'll probably be taking a quick trip up there before summers over just for a look around and to find us a house. It's already been a busy summer since you've been out of school. we've been to Busch Gardens, and Sea World and spent that wonderful week at the Omni hotel in Orlando. and since we have year round passes we'll be going back again. You've also been swimming in our pool alot and you doing great! we'll probably go to Adventure Island sometime this week. And of course you've learned to play kingdoms so now we can play together and that's pretty cool!
We just spent a day in Tarpon Springs that nice pink house. and went to the sponge docks and the beach.

Poor little Brandon has been so sick! It started monday the 9th after Brandon came home from school. He had been laying on his bed watching tv when all the sudden he came out into the living room saying he was itching. I looked him over and found a few welts on his arm, at first i thought  they were bug bites but then over the course of the next hour they began to spread until he was co0verd form head to toe with welts. I knew then he had the hives, poor little guy was soo miserable!  I gave him some benedryl and within a couple of hours the hives were gone.

Hi Brandon, it's January 2nd 2006!  You and mommy have been so sick the last week. Last night You and I slept together on the couch in the living room. It was my night off.  Some day you'll be too big for that so Im enjoying it while I can. Although  I was sad that you and mommy were sick. I geuss the smoke from the fire got you guys worse than it got me. We watched the ball drop on Tv new years eve becaues you guys were too sick to go anywhere. On the 1st you were feeling alittle better so we took a walk in the woods together with our dog Remmy. We really got some  nice pictures. when I figure out how I'll upload some here so everyone can see them. You did get bit up alittle I afraid, those old mosquitoes really liked you. Next time we use insect repellent! Today you and I played Bob the builder on your Vtech game, that was fun! Im back at work again here at the hospital. I'll see you in the morning.

Dear Brandon hi it's me again! Boy did I pick the wrong week to start a journel. It was the Christmas season. It was so busy, we sure have had alot of fun though! You know, you almost lost your Dad the day before Christmas Eve. I had worked the night before at the hospital on the 7p-7a shift and was so tired that after a short visit I crashed out on the bed to sleep while you and Mommy went to shop for a few last presents.While you were gone the apartment behind us caught fire. The firemen came and knocked on the doors trying to get people out while other firemen were puting out the fire. When they came to our door I was so sound asleep that I didn't hear anything. I didnt hear the firetrucks or the fire alarm or anything. When you and Mommy came home the firemen said they thought everyone was out because they knocked on the door and no one answered. Mommy rushed and opened the door and smoke came pouring out of our apartment she opened the windows and then found me sleeping and woke me up and told me to get outside. Luckily God protected me and I'm just fine. The smoke didnt even bother me! I geuss this is the reason I started this journal in the first place. If anything ever happened to me I wanted you to have something to remember me by.From now on I'll try to write here alittle every day or atleast every otherday                                                       

This was your fourth Christmas with us and boy did you get alot of toys! Christmas eve we had family over for dinner.  Great grandpa Ed and GGma settle were here and so were Nana and Danielle. We had a nice turkey which your mom cooked. GGma brought crandberry salad and some kind of almond coconutpudding desert. Nana brought sweet potatoes. And we also had stuffing and baked acorn squash with maple syrup. yumm! Then we exchanged our presents While Dad took pictures. Then after they  left you and mommy and I went to take Danielle home. Then we went to TGIFridays for a late snack. The next day was Christmas and we went to Sarasotta to see grandma and uncle Bob, your moms mom and brother,you got more presents there then we ate dinner and came home. It was definately a Thomas the train and Bob the builder Christmas!

  I love you and I have a lot to say so I'm making this journel just for you! In the years to come it's sure to grow, because there's things I want you to know. I look so forward to spending time together as you grow to be a man. But for now your my little boy and I'm going to enjoy you as much as I can! I'll sing you songs and tell you stories!  We'll slay all the monsters and win the great glories.    I love you my boy and I always will. And when the stars go out I'll love you still.
